We are delighted to announce the appointment of Nazlie Seegers as the new COO of Salt EB.
Perfect fit for the job.
Nazlie started with us as a junior consultant in 2008 and rose steadily through the ranks before heading Client Services.
After a short break, Nazlie rejoined our team as Accounts Manager TSRF but her passion for service soon got her involved with other clients as well. Having developed a deep understanding of how Salt EB’s processes and operations support service delivery, promotion to COO was a natural career progression for Nazlie.
Driving policy and objectives.
Nazlie will be primarily responsible for managing the functionality of our business and operational efficiencies, including directing, administering, and coordinating our internal operational activities. Her framework is formed by the policies and objectives set out by the Chief Executive Officer and Salt EB’s Board of Directors.
Maintaining relevance.
The pandemic has accelerated what was already a fast-moving world and we need to make sure that Salt EB remains relevant and contemporary. The new COO role will drive the shift from our current process driven approach towards a client-focused and more efficient structure.
The establishment of this new role and the appointment of Nazlie is a proud moment for Salt EB as we structure for future success.
