Salt EB is very aware of the important role that we play in taking care of our staff, members and stakeholders. We have therefore appointed a senior COVID-19 Committee to manage, monitor and activate our planning.
We have educated our staff and put measures in place to reduce possible contagion in our workplace, including executive directives to act quickly and decisively should the need arise. We have also carefully considered our client-facing areas and planned accordingly. Given the times, it does make sense for members to communicate with us via our call centre or email although we do understand that this is not always possible for your members.
In the event of having to allow selected staff to work remotely, we have contingency plans in place which will minimise disruption to service. Should we need to exercise this option we will communicate with you.
