Employers not paying their employees contributions to pension funds remains a concern for the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), members and pension fund administrators such as Salt EB.
In December 2024, the FCSA went as far as publishing the names of companies flouting regulations. Salt EB’s Member Portal app allows their pension fund members to check whether their payments have reached Salt EB.
