Salt Employee Benefits Hosts International Delegation from Uganda and Kenya – 26 June 2026

Salt Employee Benefits was honoured to host an international delegation from Uganda and Kenya, led by the Finnet Institute in collaboration with the Batseta Council of Retirement Funds, at our offices this past week.

The visit formed part of a broader knowledge-sharing engagement, with delegates keen to learn from a South African-based retirement fund administrator on several key areas including the two-pot system implementation journey, the design and execution of effective member education campaigns and how technology is being embedded into day-to-day fund administration to simplify processes for members and stakeholders alike.

As Salt Employee Benefits marks 70 years in the industry this year, engagements of this nature reflect exactly the kind of organisation we continue to strive to be, one that believes in the meaningful exchange of knowledge across the African retirement fund landscape

We were proud to have been selected for this engagement and look forward to continued collaboration with our African counterparts as the industry collectively works towards stronger, more inclusive retirement outcomes for members across the continent.
