As we celebrate 70 years of service to the retirement fund industry, we reflect on a legacy built on experience and driven by a responsibility to deliver meaningful outcomes for our members.
In the years leading up to this milestone, we embarked on a deliberate journey of transformation. Working alongside our team of experts and valued partners, we took a closer look at our systems, processes and the evolving needs of the retirement fund industry. Our ambition was never simply to adopt technology. It was to harness its potential to address real challenges, improve the member experience and develop solutions that respond to the needs of today while anticipating those of tomorrow.
For us, innovation has a clear purpose which is to make retirement fund administration more accessible, efficient and responsive, while ensuring that the people we serve remain at the heart of every decision.
We undertook this journey with a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our members. To have this work recognised beyond our borders is an honour that makes this milestone year even more special.
Last week at the Africa Pension Technology and Digital Innovation Awards, Salt EB was honoured to receive nominations in three categories:
