After cherry-picking talent from our ITI Learning Academy and put ting them through rigorous training, our SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) are ready to play a key role in Salt EB.
“We know what it took to become the leader in the independent retirement fund administration space but are equally aware that sustained leadership relies on the growth and development of talent. The forming of a specialist SME team injects on-the-ground expertise which will be felt across our business,” says Head of HR & Communications Reshna Ramgovind.
Working with departments and individual employees, this additional layer of expertise has the following tasks:
- Identif ying and addressing gaps in products, processes, and systems.
- Ensuring that past mistakes are not repeated.
- Providing thought leadership, especially around best practices.
- Of fering a receptive ear for innovative ideas.
- Developing a training calendar to improve knowledge and understanding.
- Improving collaboration and teamwork by breaking down silos.
The Salt EB team has fully embraced our SME’s as smart people are strong enough to ask for help.
